Custom Mid-Century Modern inspired furniture
Timeless mid-century modern style pieces from premium hardwoods, focusing on clean lines, honest craftsmanship, and lasting quality.
Mahogany and Maple bedside tables - $1400 for the pair.
These two new nightstands blend the solid mahogany with the crisp contrast of maple, drawing clear inspiration from classic mid-century modern design while introducing a thoughtful twist. Subtle curves give them a elegant presence, but the standout detail is in the legs—a reimagined take on the iconic brass-tipped taper. Instead of metal, the tapered legs transition seamlessly into maple, creating a subtle yet striking visual accent that feels both fresh and authentic. The result is a pair of nightstands that honor tradition while redefining it. Dimensions are 23” tall, 19” wide, and 16” deep.
Featured Project
MCM credenza
This mid-century modern credenza blends clean geometry with graceful curves to create a piece that feels both timeless and distinctive. The cabinet features two doors with striking semi-circular glass inserts that add visual rhythm while offering a glimpse of the interior. Four drawers provide generous storage, their streamlined faces keeping the look balanced and uncluttered. Gentle curves throughout the design soften the strong horizontal lines, giving the piece a sculptural presence that reflects the elegance and warmth of classic mid-century modern furniture.
Our process
Step 1 - Let’s talk
We will discuss the type of project you’re looking to have built. Are you wanting a tv console, a coffee table, or maybe some end tables. We’ll discuss size, details like doors or sliders or drawers and wood species,
Step 2 - Design
I’ll develop a computer illustration of the piece we are discussing, complete with sizes indicated as well as other details. Once you have approved the design Ill ask for a small deposit to get the project started (usually 1/4 or the final delivery price). The deposit can be paid by Venmo, cash or check.
Step 3 - Production
I’ll build the piece in my Austin, Texas workshop. I may reach out during the process to ask any questions that may come up and of course you can ping me with questions as well.
Step 4 - Finished!
I’ll contact you when I’m all finished, and you can either pick up or I can deliver in the Austin area.
